Limitation of Liability – Personal Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullam Photos LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property of any kind belonging to participants, including but not limited to cameras, lenses, photographic equipment, electronic devices, vehicles, or other personal items, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that occurs during or in connection with any workshop, class, event, travel, or related activity. Participants expressly assume all risk of loss or damage to their personal property and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the care, custody, security, and insurance of such property at all times.
